Let's Talk About "IT"
Whatever it is...
What if we did not know what the "IT" was? We would have to listen, we would have to activate collaborative techniques to first uncover the problem. What would happen if no one listened?
Collaboration is more than just "talking" about something, it is an exchange of ideas and information that promotes learning. All collaborators are learning and teaching each other.

Love the picture !! Diversity plays a major role in collaboration only because everyone is different.
